How I Can Help
About
Natalie Comba
Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Registered Member MBACP
Life can leave us feeling tangled and weighed down by worries, patterns and feelings that are hard to make sense of on our own. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to understand what’s really going on.
Together, we can explore what you need, build a stronger sense of yourself, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Alongside my client work, I work with adults in very challenging circumstances, navigating big life moments including relationship issues, pregnancy, the postnatal period, and the loss of custody and contact with their children. This work has deepened my empathy for how overwhelming these experiences can be, and how much the relationships around us matter. It’s also given me real insight into how our early relationships shape us throughout our lives. My approach is respectful, curious and responsive, informed by working with people from many diverse backgrounds as well as my own lived experience.
How It Works
How counselling can help
You’ll have a safe space to talk through whatever feels difficult, stressful or confusing, and to work toward meaningful, lasting change. Everyone’s experience of counselling is different, but in general, our work together will support you to:
Talk openly
Put words to what’s making life feel hard. By talking it through, you can understand what’s really going on underneath, and build confidence to manage day-to-day pressures with more clarity and self-belief.
Understand your patterns
Recognise the situations or reactions that appear again and again and start to notice what triggers them. With this awareness, you can respond differently and set healthier boundaries in the relationships that matter to you.
Connect the dots
See how past experiences and relationships show up in your life today, often without you realising it. Understanding these links can help you make sense of what’s happened before and to move forward differently.

There is no obligation to continue. Appointments are available both online and face-to-face in Tilehurst or Mortimer.
Whenever you’re ready, I look forward to hearing from you.
